The ERBTEAM

Laura Gincel, one of Laurie's Transaction Managers, is a licensed real estate broker with a degree in marketing from the University of Richmond. Laura has been with Laurie for over four years. Her job is to handle all the details of your home sale, from contract to closing. She is responsible for all client, buyer, agent and lender communications and for ensuring a smooth transition all the way to closing.

Sandy Fitzgerald and Jennifer Lee are the ERBTEAM's Buyer Specialists. Sandy is a Denver native while Kim grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Sandy was a medical social worker and researcher, but is now a real estate broker who has worked with Laurie and the ERBTEAM for nine years. Jennifer graduated from the University Michican majoring in Marketing. After ten years in pharmaceutical sales, Jennifer became a real estate broker and joined the ERBTEAM. Sandy and Jennifer are are on top of any new listings that come on the market, checking MLS computer listings, and previewing homes on a daily basis for buyers. Their people, contract and negotiation skills, plus an in-depth knowledge of the metro Denver market are invaluable to the ERBTEAM's clients.

Bailey Dolian, Laurie's other Transaction Manager, relocated to Denver after graduating from Duke University where she studied Business and Psychology. For Bailey, real estate is a family business; her father owned and operated one of New Englands's premier real estate companies, and her brother works as a broker in Chicago. Bailey's familiarity with the intricacies of real estate along with her computer and people skills insure that the ErbTeam's clients receive the best service possible.

Dorian Welch, a lawyer who is a real estate broker, handles all of Laurie's office systems and marketing. He still practices law but pinch-hits at real estate as needed. Oh, yes, he's Laurie's husband.
